Oregon Mint Snuff Reviews

Oregon Mint Snuff ProductsChewie says…

Way back during a previous failed quit attempt, I tried Mint Snuff.  I remember very vividly walking into a gas station on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington and picking up a can.  I also remember very vividly turning around about a mile down the road and returning to buy some Kodiak, but that’s cause I was an addict… not because of this product.   So now that I’m quit and I’m clearly a big fan of these smokeless alternatives I thought I’d give it another try.  I reached out to Mint Snuff through their website www.mintsnuff.com and got some samples to try.

Wintergreen has weak flavor, gritty and fine, pack is adequate. Probably the best for you out of all I tried.

My least favorite, very little flavor in the 2 I tried (Mint and Wintergreen called Beaver Chew). Sticky and clumpy like I remember Hawken being. In fact now that I think about it… this is the Hawken of the fake chews in many ways.

I bought a can out of curiosity to see how it fared against other fake dips. Gotta say, this is the worst of the bunch. It’s tough on the mouth, it tastes like poop, and it has the consistency of sawdust and superglue. On top of that, the flavor is more akin to expired toothpaste than actual mint. If you want to go right back to dipping the real thing, try Oregon Mint.

I started snus to quit dip, and my friend gave me a can of the mint pouches to help me quit the snus. It is a good product. Helped satisfy the mint/oral desires while comfortably getting past the nicotine. Kind of pricey, though. virtually same price as tobacco. If they’re really serious about using this as a tobacco cessation product, I would think it would be cheaper.

bought mint, very sticky. after packed and in cheek the mint starts to spread out and i mean it spreads out around my mouth. always on my tongue and looses flavor after 30 min. do not recommend.

Just got a tin of this in cinnamon. It was their flat rate sample can which turns out to be a full size can. Gotta love that. Im liking this Mint Snuff way more than the Smokey Mountain. Much better taste and feel. Going to place a nice size order this week.

I got the mint and Beaver kind. Had one dip out of each and threw the cans away. The taste and texture weren’t good at all. Not recommended.

I did general snus for 5 years. After trying almost every mint snuff on the market these pouches are the only thing that has let me stop snus. Only draw back is that when i run out of these i tend to go back to snus.

I was a grizzly mint dipper for 4-5 years. I moved to pouches in attempt to keep dip out of my teeth while in the corporate world.

So far, the pouches are the best I have tried yet. I purchased a couple tins to try out something new as other products just weren’t satisfying my oral fixation. I was used to watered down alternatives so I threw in three. It was overwhelming.

One pouch is enough for me. These pack a strong flavor that lasts and that is a huge plus for me.

I highly recommend trying these pouches to any quitter. They hit the nail on the head.
