You Helped Me and I Finally Did It!

You helped me and I finally did it!  After 26 long years of dipping Kodiak and Grizzly, I quit cold turkey 60 days ago with the help of my good friends at Smokey Mountain thanks to all of your guidance and review information.  I found your site 3 years ago and have been plotting my ‘escape’ from dip ever since.  Cannot possibly thank you enough for all of the help your site provided and would like to encourage everyone; it ain’t easy but you can do it!  All of the awful feelings, anger, urges, tingly tongue, constipation and hunger goes away; stick with it.  I feel so much better and now the can doesn’t own me!
