The KillTheCan.org Discord Server is the best place on the web for people quitting dip to get questions answered by people who know what you’re going through. We’re all nicotine addicts dealing with our addiction one day at a time. It’s also the best place to gain accountability and build brotherhood. To post roll on Discord, find your quit group and simply place your name on the line for that day. It’s as simple as that!

Please note that some groups choose to run a SSOA (spreadsheet of accountability) or will have their roll call in a specific format. Check with your group members for month-specific details.

Posting Roll On The Forums

Roll call started out on our forums, located at ktcforum.org. Instructions on how to post are below:

• • Step 1 – Find your quit group. Your group is defined by your quit date.
  • Step 2 – Find the last Roll Call
  • Step 3 – Hit the “Quote” button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Step 4 – Add your screen name and days quit to the roll
  • Step 5 – Click “Post”

Getting your name on that line is ultra important. You may see people say things like WUPP (Wake Up Piss Post), EDD (Every Damn Day), etc. These aren’t just clever acronyms. They are the foundation of your quit. Post roll. Make your promise. Repeat tomorrow.

It’s not easy, but quitting is just that simple. If neither of those options work you can post roll on our blog at blog.killthecan.org. If that doesn’t work text a buddy, send a passenger pigeon, write yourself a post it note, tell a co-worker.
