Green Leaf Organic Mint Pouches Review
Back this afternoon with another long overdue review. I tell you, when this pandemic first started I was really thinking that I’d get my act together and get all caught up on my reviews. Well, I posted THIS photo to Instagram WAY back in June… and I’m just sitting here writing the review today. What can I say… I suck.
Anyhow, I’m happy today to be coming to you with another NEW product in the world of smokeless alternative products – introducing Green Leaf Organic Mint Pouches.
According to the can, “Green Leaf is an all-natural energy supplement designed to provide a healthy alternative to tobacco products. Our unique blend of green tea, peppermint, turmeric , baking soda, and Stevia is packed into each pouch to help freshen your breath, boost your energy, help whiten your teeth, and help combat dependency to tobacco products.”
As I move forward in my quit I’m more and more intrigued by products that are A) pouches and B) allow me to swallow. Back in the day I was all about having a huge wad where I’d spit anywhere and everywhere… now, not so much.
Green Leaf Organic Mint Pouches Review
Not going to bury the lead here… These are great. Each can contains 20 pouches and they’ve got a nice minty flavor. The smell / flavor is curiously close to those curiously strong mints called Altoids. The pouches are dry – super dry. But never fear… when you pop them in you’re going to start producing saliva right away. I always test with two pouches which seems about perfect here. I’m not sure I’d there would be enough ‘oompf’ for me with a single pouch and three might be a bit overwhelming.
On their website they say that you can keep these in for up to four hours. I’m sure you ‘could’ keep them in that long, but I’m not sure you’d want to. That said, these are long lasting and in my testing I kept them in for a good 30 minutes or so without loss or change of flavor. There’s nothing worse than a chew that you pop in and minutes later there’s no flavor – that’s not the case here for sure.
If you’re worried about caffeine here I wouldn’t be, unless you’re super sensitive. They list the benefits of several ingredients on their website – I can’t speak specifically to them but I can tell you this is a very nice alternative that I’ll definitely be coming back to.
Green Leaf Organic Mint Pouches Ingredients
The can nor the website lists a specific ingredients list. Their website does have benefits of turmeric, peppermint, green tea, stevia and baking soda. Each pouch contains approximately 50 mg of caffeine.
Green Leaf is made with FDA Approved Food-Grade Certified Organic and Natural ingredients.
Final Thoughts
These are really nice. I like the pouches and the fact that I don’t have to spit if I don’t want to. These are a very ‘minty’ flavor so they’re not your traditional ‘dip’ flavors but a very nice alternative here. These work nicely as a breath mint alternative as well.
They have caffeine in them as well, but I can’t really speak to that as I’m so caffeinated as a baseline that the 50mg that I’m getting here doesn’t really affect me. That said, if you’re super sensitive to caffeine you may want to be careful WHEN you use these as they may keep you up.
All in all, a strong recommend here. Definitely worth the try if you’re looking for a mint pouch with no cleanup necessary.
You can order Green Leaf Organic Mint Pouches directly from their website or on Amazon. On their website you can get packs of 3, 5, 10 or 50 (!) cans.
Special thanks to the folks at Green Leaf for providing samples for me to try and review.

I order Green Leaf pouches a month ago and have still not received them. Green Leaf charged my credit card, but I have not received my order. I emailed them three times through the website inquiring about the order and have never gotten a response.
I would advise not ordering anything from this company.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems here… I’m going to reach out to Green Leaf to see if we can’t get your issue addressed.
Thanks. Interesting review!
