NEVER EVER EVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN:

Alright Quitters I made the first 100 days in pain and agony for the first few weeks, I never want to go through that again. So here is my story: Chewed Copenhagen for 14 years got married and had my first daughter. I quit the day she was born. Flash forward 15 years of 100% quit YEAH 5,475 Days and it was over in a second. Job was going poorly, Teenage Kids, Life Stress, Baseball coaching with an assistant who chewed my brand and all it took was 1 yes ONE DIP and I was right back where I was 14 years ago.

I ninja dipped for 2.5 years and no one in my family knows I went back to that garbage. I woke up one day with raw lip and white slime on my gums and thought holy crap this was just to get through the baseball season that was 2.5 years ago now look at you a full on addict who will get cancer if you keep this up.

I found KTC and didn’t know how to even post roll the first 3 days worst fog I ever had but I sure knew how to RANT on the instant messaging thanks KDIP and NOMO. ChickDip got me lined out on role and I’ve been a 100% poster since. I owe a great debt to KTC and all the members. This will be a daily battle and decision for me the rest of my life I know understand that.
