But without further build up… here’s my Black Berry review.
Jake’s Mint Chew Blackberry Review
This stuff smells AMAZING! Even before I cracked open the can, I could tell I was in for something special. The tin is packed… and I mean… PACKED tight. There’s no need (or ability for that matter) for additional packing prior to popping one in for the first time. I can remember back in my dipping days when I’d get a can of Kodiak / Skoal that seemed damn near 3/4 full once I packed it. Definitely not the case here.
Not only is Blackberry packed great, but it’s nice and moist. Something I really appreciate these days. There’s a nice blackberry flavor here that truly does taste like a mix between blackberry and blueberry. I always wonder how these guys get their product to actually taste like what they say it will. Bravo.
As I said, great smell when opening the can and as with other Jake’s Mint Chew products the spitibility and longevity of the chew are here as well. I have to say that this one smells a bit better than it tastes, but that’s not to say it doesn’t taste great…. it does. I just had it REALLY built up in my head based on how awesome it smells.

This morning was the date I finally would quit. The reasons or 100 benefits of quitting chewing tobacco were convincing messages that were true enough to desire more the deliverance from this death trap called chew. I am thankful for the people’s knowledge here on this site who have successfully battled there addiction and overcame the temptations. I understand it is going to be difficult and I will for the next 100 days need to use the tools available on this site to succeed. I just had breakfast and rite afterwards I would throw in a pinch of chew and spit In something. Attempting to talk to my wife while I have this in my lip has to be hard for her. In the morning rather than brushing my teeth first thing I was thinking about chewing tobacco. I want to quit now and end this foolish habit that cannot please me. My events in which I may have sized up to be stressful such as work tasks and college assignments will be triggers. I desire to drive my car without having to spit in a bottle. I desire to do my college assignments without having to have a wad of shit in my lip. I desire to never have to clean spit out of my carpets. I desire to save the money I was spending on chew on a daily basis.
