Let it be known—quitting takes a village. No single MOD, Conductor, ADMIN, or ranking member is solely responsible for onboarding new quitters. It happens organically. MODs are simply more visible, which is why they were asked to take on the role in the first place—because of their active engagement and dedication as newcomers. The same goes for Conductors; they’ve demonstrated compassion, integrity, and commitment to the KTC process.

There is no designated “owner” of a quit month. MODs step up because guiding others strengthens their own quit. The more we engage, the more we absorb, and the more dialed-in we become to the process. But let’s be crystal clear—we are not saviors. We are not above anyone. We are addicts, just like you, fighting to stay aboard this ship.

So, to anyone bearing a (Month ‘Year) in their name—you are just as capable of leading. If you’re standing around waiting for someone else to step up while pointing fingers, perhaps it’s time to check your reflection. Quit up. Saddle up. Lead.
