Congrats on the week. You have a collective February of quit!

2nd weekend coming up eh? Got a plan? You thought about it?

Have the 4 of you exchanged numbers? If you haven’t, take the time to PM each other with phone numbers. That will be the difference in this quit and any other. You have the opportunity to preemptively save yourself from yourself so to speak. Don’t waste it.

Make a deal with each other that goes BEYOND Roll Call. Promise you will call and at least give the person on the other end of the line the opportunity to talk you off the cliff. It is working for LOOT….everyday. Almost 2,000 days now.

There are a handful of people LOOT made the deal with. Our deal was simple. The call for help WILL be made. You MUST leave a message on the cell. The receiver has 15 minutes to respond. No response = permission to cave. Move to the next number and repeat. You gotta have permission from each on the list. It’s the deal.

Make the deal with as many or as little as you like. LOOT’s list started small and is still relatively small. Only been used a couple times but with 100% success rate.

LOOT had many deals with himself over the years. LOOT had deals with family. LOOT had deals with God. LOOT broke them all. However, the deal made with strangers was the key.
