Rest in Peace Musicluvah

Stacy ClarkNot even sure how to start this post… The KillTheCan family lost one of our own recently when Stacy Clark, better known to the KTC community as Musicluvah, passed away on September 4, 2024 at the age of 62.

Stacy was a member of my group, October 2006 Cliff’s Cohesive Units.

To know Stacy was to know a family man, who was always upbeat and happy. He helped me personally through those early days of my quit and I had the pleasure of meeting with him on several occasions including the First Ever KTC National Meet in St. Louis and the 2013 Pennsylvania Meet.

I don’t believe he ever made his way over to our Discord server but he was still very much involved in the KTC Community chiming in regularly on several KTC Facebook groups. The last post I could find (if you believe in FB’s search function) from Stacy was from July of this year and is a perfect representation of who Stacy Clark was. I’ve re-created it below:

Stacy and Grandson
…it has been 18 years free from tobacco! 😳😲thanks to all of the world’s best quitters at KillTheCan.org Quitters ….and my motivation… this little guy in the red life jacket!!!

I managed a few words the other night when I found out that I put here…

Goodbye Musicluvah…

@killthecan

Rest in peace Musicluvah. Stacy Clark was a good man. A friend. A pillar in my quit. He was a fellow Cohesive Unit from October 06 and he will be sorely missed. #rip #restinpeace #brotherhood #killthecan #units
