The Vessel That Holds The Glue

There’s no such thing as returning to nicotine from the frustration of the site.  The only reason anybody returns to nicotine is because they do not have the intestinal fortitude to stick with a quit one day at a time.

The site is also not the glue that holds your quit together.  The site is the vessel that holds the glue, but the actual quit is held together by the relationships you build with those both in your group and outside of it.  These relationships and your daily promise to those people keep you quit.

Hopefully you have already discovered this, but if not, make friends and develop accountability as you dig a deep quit hole.
